Bistek Tagalog

Bistek Tagalog is a localized version of a steak, but this version has a soy sauce base sauce and lots of either red or yellow onion. It was marinated and can have a sweet or a bit salty taste due to the soy sauce. Porkchop cuts are the usual way to cut pork pieces.
